Icon Added Value expands in Germany

Icon Added Value has opened a second office in Germany in addition to the business’s country headquarters in Nuremberg. The new office, based in the Kaiserkai Hamburg, will be led by Andreas Ebeling and will offer Icon Added Value’s full portfolio of brand development and marketing insight services.
Ebeling will be supported by three colleagues; Marcus Arend, who moves with Ebeling from Nuremberg to Hamburg, and two new additions, Martin H. Eick and Christina Heinl, who will work primarily in the area of qualitative research.
The team will work closely with the Nuremberg office to deliver Icon Added Value’s offer, but with a specialist focus on qualitative insight, cultural insight and innovation, including the business’s new online tools, AV-id™, the on-line qualitative research and innovation platform and Character Lab™, developed to help marketers define and deliver strong brand personalities. The office in Hamburg will make full use of the infrastructure in Nuremberg to support client’s needs as the new business grows.
For the last four years Andreas Ebeling has been leading the innovation team at Icon Added Value, as well as leading and developing our qualitative offer. Prior to this he was Management Supervisor at TBWA for six years. Martin H. Eick, an expert in the area of innovative online methods, will contribute his experience from roles at H, T, P Concept and Metrix Lab. Marcus Arend, a specialist in Brand Equity, Concept Testing as well as Brand and Communication Tracking, brings this experience to the new Hamburg office. Christina Heinl, sociologist and insight expert, will work primarily in the area of qualitative research.
